ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

The Arch Apparel unfortunately does not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed. However, we do offer exchanges if order has been received if  faulty 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, you can exchange faulty items within 14 days after you have received your item. You must contact us at thearchapparel@gmail.com

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

  • A detailed description of the issue

Posting and Packaging cost is at the responsibility of the customer.

Return Eligibility for Approved Claims

Approved return requests must meet the following conditions:

  • Item must be unworn and unused

  • Original tags must be attached

  • Item must be free of stains, odors, makeup, or damage

  • Item must be returned in original packaging

Any item returned without approval or not meeting these conditions will be refused.
