At The Arch Apparel, every piece is made to order with intention and care. Because all items are produced specifically for each customer, all purchases are considered pre-orders.
By placing an order with TheArchApparel, you acknowledge and agree to the production and shipping timelines outlined below.
Processing & Production Time
All orders are made to order and require approximately 4–6 weeks for production before shipment. Please note that this timeframe does not include shipping transit time.
During launches, holidays, or high-volume periods, production times may be extended. Customers will be notified of any significant delays.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Once your order has been shipped and handed over to the carrier, delivery times will vary based on location:
United States Orders:

International Orders:

Shipping
Shipping times are estimated at checkout and are not guaranteed. Delivery delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather conditions, customs, or other circumstances outside of our control are the responsibility of the carrier.
The Arch Apparel is not responsible for:

Lost, stolen, or delayed packages once shipped

Incorrect shipping information entered at checkout

Packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly before placing your order, as orders cannot be changed or canceled once submitted.
International Orders
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, taxes, or import charges required by their country.
The Arch Apparel is not responsible for customs delays or additional international shipping charges.
