The Rayven Dress is defined by its signature cutout bodice and sculpted high neckline, cut from a soft stretch fabric that gently contours and moves with you.
A form-fitting silhouette with comfortable stretch for a sculpted, flattering finish. Runs true to size.
All purchases of the Rayven Dress are pre-orders. Each piece is made to order with a 4–6 week processing time. All sales are final and cannot be cancelled once placed.
By placing an order with The Arch Apparel, you acknowledge and agree to the production and shipping timelines outlined below.
Processing & Production Time
All orders are made to order and require approximately 4–6 weeks for production before shipment. Please note that this timeframe does not include shipping transit time.
During launches, holidays, or high-volume periods, production times may be extended. Customers will be notified of any significant delays.
Shipping Policy
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Once your order has been shipped and handed over to the carrier, delivery times will vary based on location:
United States Orders:
- Standard delivery: 3–7 business days
International Orders:
- Standard delivery: 7–21 business days
- Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country and customs processing
Shipping times are estimated at checkout and are not guaranteed. Delivery delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather conditions, customs, or other circumstances outside of our control are the responsibility of the carrier.
The Arch Apparel is not responsible for:
- Lost, stolen, or delayed packages once shipped
- Incorrect shipping information entered at checkout
- Carrier delivery delays
- Packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly before placing your order, as orders cannot be changed or canceled once submitted.
International Orders
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, taxes, or import charges required by their country.
The Arch Apparel is not responsible for customs delays or additional international shipping charges.
Return Policy
ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
The Arch Apparel unfortunately does not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed. However, we do offer exchanges if the order has been received and is faulty
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, you can exchange it within 14 days after you have received your item. You must contact us at thearchapparel@gmail.com
Please include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the item and packaging
- A detailed description of the issue
Posting and Packaging cost is at the responsibility of the customer.
Return Eligibility for Approved Claims
Approved return requests must meet the following conditions:
- Item must be unworn and unused
- Original tags must be attached
- Item must be free of stains, odors, makeup, or damage
- Item must be returned in original packaging
Any item returned without approval or not meeting these conditions will be refused.
